Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Fleet Operations: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring packages are prepared for shipment with care.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure all products meet company standards before leaving the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock movements and shipping manifests.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (e.g., handheld scanners, inventory software).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
