Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery with a high degree of accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
