Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory materials and products for shipping.
- Package orders accurately and securely for delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving safety certification.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all successful candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in various conditions (temperature controlled and outdoor docks).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
