Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be willing to complete paid safety training courses and certification.
