Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure stock levels are correct.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
