Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Organize stockrooms, shelves, and storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
