Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment with precision and care to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Sort and organize inventory efficiently to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shift goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the shift supervisor, including light maintenance and sweeping.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando facility is mandatory.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (our facility is climate-controlled, but loading docks may vary).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
