Key Responsibilities:
Your day will involve a mix of physical labor and organizational tasks. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining a safe workspace. We value teamwork and efficiency above all else.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using shipping software.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce processing time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
