Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining real-time inventory records.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; organize stock to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards before being shipped to customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment with minimal supervision.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting items.
