Responsibilities
- Handle, sort, and package inventory with precision and care
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after comprehensive training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse materials
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (not required)
