Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Execute order fulfillment processes for high-volume retail and e-commerce clients
- Maintain strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S organizational standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
