Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move stock and materials within the warehouse safely.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS software.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
