Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and prepare merchandise for shipping and storage.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse spaces.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
