Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99% accuracy rates.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work evenings (Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston, MA location.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
