Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and transaction processing efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise handling accurately.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional events.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
