Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during peak weekend and evening hours.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory, stock organization, and product displays.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
