Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays to ensure a welcoming and tidy shopping environment.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs and answer inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking restrooms.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
