Responsibilities
- Execute accurate data entry and inventory management tasks during night operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during evening hours.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure all processed orders meet our strict criteria.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Weekends and Night Shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
