Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise products to ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and pricing.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and POS software is a plus.
