Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs off-leash in designated areas (parks, trails) and on-leash in neighborhoods
- Monitor pet health, behavior, and environmental conditions during walks
- Provide detailed reports (photos/videos) to owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup, first aid if needed)
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and client instructions
- Build trust through consistent, reliable service and positive interactions
- Coordinate with team for coverage during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality
- Strong observational skills for pet behavior assessment
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes (up to 100 lbs)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
