Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all staff and clients.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to execute special events or promotional activities.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
