Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Manage table assignments efficiently to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure cleanliness and stocking of dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to maintain positive brand reputation
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- California Food Handler Card or ServSafe certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
