Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Expertly manage food/beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium offerings
- Maintain pristine dining area standards and cleanliness
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Train on allergen protocols and dietary restriction accommodations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant serving experience
- Deep knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and local craft beers
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
