Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Expertly explain menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams
- Manage payment transactions and POS system operations
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid DC Alcohol Beverage Regulation (ABRA) certification
- Team player with passion for hospitality
