Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration tasks.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory and stock levels during evening and weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high operational standards.
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and professional fashion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required by the schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore location.
