Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify and cross-reference data for completeness and accuracy
- Process and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless data continuity
- Meet daily productivity targets with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Participate in quarterly system audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR)
