- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data into company databases and systems
- Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy in all entries
- Process and manage confidential documents with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Utilize specialized software (MS Excel, proprietary databases) for efficient data management
- Generate daily reports and reconcile discrepancies in data sets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data inconsistencies and workflow bottlenecks
- Adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining high productivity standards during night shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or clerical role
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of database management principles
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
