- Process high-volume transaction records with zero-error tolerance
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and security protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Perform regular system audits and data cleansing tasks
- Train on proprietary software and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Detail-oriented with 99.5%+ data accuracy track record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
