Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces including seating, signage, and equipment
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event management teams
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts with short-notice flexibility
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia landmarks (preferred)
- Ability to pass mandatory background screening
