Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at concerts, festivals, corporate events, and private functions
- Manage guest registration, credentialing, and VIP access with precision
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators seamlessly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional demeanor and crisis management aptitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Preferred: CPR certification or prior New Orleans event experience
