Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at conventions, concerts, and festivals throughout Orlando
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety compliance during high-traffic events
- Deliver premium customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless event execution
- Handle ticketing, registration, and VIP guest interactions with precision
- Maintain pristine venue conditions and assist with setup/teardown processes
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining a positive brand image
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
