Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at convention centers, hotels, and entertainment venues
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue navigation during large-scale events
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and operational logistics for diverse event formats
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and safety procedures
- Valid NV work permit and reliable transportation
