Responsibilities

- Operate technical equipment (AV, lighting, staging)

- Enforce venue safety standards and emergency procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
