- Manage guest check-in and ticket verification processes

- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales when assigned
- Report issues to event supervisors and maintain accurate logs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Basic cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Valid California driver's license a plus
