Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and credential management at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Manage VIP guest areas and exclusive access points with discretion
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with venue security and event management teams
- Report operational issues and maintain real-time communication via radio
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Tucson
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Tucson landmarks and event venues
