Responsibilities
- Guest registration and credential verification at VIP entrances
- Coordinate crowd flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Manage VIP guest experiences and assist with special requests
- Set up and break down event equipment and decor
- Collaborate with security teams during emergency situations
- Provide real-time event updates to management via radio communication
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service events require TABC certification)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and ability to follow strict dress codes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred but not required
