Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups, teardowns, and operational logistics
- Provide exceptional guest experiences through professional customer service
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for flawless execution
- Conduct venue inspections and ensure compliance with event requirements
- Manage registration processes and attendee engagement activities
- Resolve client inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
