Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification
- Direct attendees and enforce venue safety protocols
- Coordinate VIP experiences and special accommodations
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Provide real-time event updates via radio communication
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams seamlessly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying conditions
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
