Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests in our high-energy lounge and dining venues
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Prepare and serve beverages and light food items with attention to presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained across all service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and alcohol service compliance requirements
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
- Enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (students strongly encouraged to apply)
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to obtain state-mandated alcohol service certification (provided)
