Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to evening guests across dining and event spaces
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Prepare and maintain immaculate dining areas, ensuring compliance with health standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies during evening shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; students and career changers welcome
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
