Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment staging and safety protocols
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure crowd safety and compliance
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts (minimum 3 events/month)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Basic familiarity with crowd control and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Toledo
