Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, ticketing areas, and venue checkpoints
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety compliance during peak event hours
- Set up and tear down event equipment including signage, barriers, and seating areas
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and premium experience management
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concession sales
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation
- Valid Florida driver's license (for venue transport if required)
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
