Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency during evening shifts
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs using our proprietary reservation system
- Answer multi-line phones and route calls to appropriate departments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs for incident reports and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or reception role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TSS certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for errands)
