Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions with precision
- Prepare and serve beverages/food following brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all service areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume shifts
- Support inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Evening/weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun 5PM-1PM)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston location
