Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform accurate inventory counts, and update records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- License: Valid driver's license (depending on specific role).
