Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise pickups according to policy.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure store goals are met daily.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience necessary.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
