Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure all registers are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
