Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Unload delivery trucks and efficiently process incoming shipments
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, orderly sales floors and storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate stocking priorities
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
Qualifications
- Immediate availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
