Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using provided POS systems and scanners
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and manage electronic payments
- Stock checkout areas with provided supplies (bags, receipt paper, etc.)
- Assist customers with product information and promotions
- Maintain clean and organized checkout stations using provided equipment
- Resolve basic customer inquiries with support from provided resources
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation using provided balancing tools
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to operate provided technology (POS systems, scanners)
- Reliable transportation to Irvine location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
