Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments overnight
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize floor layouts and product placement
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and damaged goods
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Support store opening readiness through meticulous merchandising
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (typically 3 AM - 11 AM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
